DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. From 15 November 2008 to 04 April 2009 the reception is open every day from 09:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 19:00. From 04 April to 14 November 2009 reception is open Sunday through Thursday from 09:00 to 19:00, Friday from 09:00 to 20:00 and Saturday from 08:00 to 21:00. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.17 city/tourist tax per person older than 11 years per night is not included. Internet: No internet access available.
